Customer stakeholders: Compliance Department, Markets Department, Processes Department, Group Financial Security
WATERFALL METHOD:
Analysis: performed on site with Financial Security (“gap analysis” on Bankit / UIF indicators, organizational model) and IT (infrastructure, data flows)
Development: carried out on site and remotely, with staged releases in “Test”
Testing support: 2 test cycles (UAT, SIT)
Release in Production and “post go-live” monitoring
